We accept select insurance plans. If you are looking to utilize your insurance benefits, please inquire directly to see if I am an in-network provider with your insurance plan.

If we are not in-network with your insurance plan but you have a PPO plan with another insurance company, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement from your insurance provider via out-of-network benefits. I am happy to provide a “Superbill” (or billing statement) upon request for you to submit to your insurance company. Please note that I cannot guarantee whether you will be reimbursed or at what rate. We recommend and encourage you to contact your insurance companies directly prior to our first appointment to inquire about your benefits out of network to determine whether you may qualify for reimbursement. Insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis be on file for all patient, even if you are utilizing out of network benefits.

If I am out of network or you wish to opt out of using insurance completely for privacy or other reasons, private pay services are available at the rates listed above.

If you have an insurance plan that is not listed, check with us via email as we are working on credentialing with other carriers.
