    I provide a collaborative, honest and authentic approach to therapy session. I am “simply me”. In turn, I just want you to be “simply you”. I hold space in a supportive, fluid and comfortable place where we can laugh, cry, swear or whatever you need in the moment. You’re the expert of your life and are the driver of your sessions- I am helping you navigate on your journey to healing and self-discovery. We, as humans, are ever-evolving, and so is our growth. When you’re ready, we can build an authentic, honest and supportive relationship with one another to explore, navigate and identify to create and empower you to lead the life you want to live.

    Just as we are all unique, I use an eclectic approach to therapy an utilize modalities that fit best for you and your needs. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, Narrative, TF-CBT and play therapy. I have special interest in working with medical professionals as well as law enforcement, fire department and related fields. I have extensive experience with trauma, life transitions, grief/bereavement, LGBTQIA+, alternative lifestyles, women’s issues, chronic illness and medical trauma across the lifespan.

    I have my undergraduate degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology and my Masters in Social Work from Simmons College. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in MA, RI and NM . I have my telehealth license in VT.
